The Project Manager is responsible for producing on-time, on-budget projects while accurately tracking and reporting progress to ownership. Collaborates closely with the Project Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers

Description
Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders
Profile
5 years of project management experience
PROJECT EXPERIENCE in the following: industrial experience- (concrete tilt walls, ground-up tilt wall), interior renovation, industrial amazon, industrial warehouse, data centers
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management or Engineering not required but preferred
ATTITUDE: first impression is very important for the PM role, looking for a driven motivated person, someone able to keep up with a face paced work
Software Skills: scheduling software, Microsoft project, P6, procore
Job Offer
Competitive base salary bonus potential (total compensation $110k - $150k)
Flex Work - Ability to work remote as long as can travel to site 25%
