This role supports multiple managers and organizations - it is fast-paced and multi-faceted, contributing and providing broad exposure across the Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS) division. As a direct report to the Operations Manager for two business units, the successful candidate will support business unit operations in tasks described below. Additionally this role supports the Operations Manager for business development with the principle task of administering Salesforce for all division users. The successful candidate will be comfortable with prioritizing and managing competing demands for their time, and thrive in networking and interacting with business unit and division staff to achieve objectives. The description below further details these diverse responsibilities.
**Task Description:**
Salesforce administrator for the AMS division: train division users; manage division Salesforce licenses; and support business development personnel in adding targets, creating reports and dashboards, and using other capabilities provided by Salesforce. Update the divisions organization reporting structure within Salesforce as required. Collaborate with sister divisions and sector to test new Salesforce functionality and advocate for changes benefiting division Users. Salesforce training will be provided, as required.
Review business development targets in salesforce for data integrity. Work with business development staff to identify and correct misaligned or obsolete data. Assess target data against the Business Acquisition Processs phases and milestones to identify gaps to be addressed with capture managers and business development leaders.
Provide metrics and analyses on Salesforce target data as requested by business development staff.
Provide assistance, service and support to division business units to increase efficiency, effectiveness and reporting of division program execution metrics
Support Business Unit NCTA and Capital Project financial reporting utilizing the RDIS/SIMPL on-line tools.
Perform various operations support tasks as needed, such as recording meeting minutes and actions, generating reports and briefing slides, managing miscellaneous tools and submitting data through computer applications and tools.
Organize and prioritize tasking to successfully execute on multiple simultaneous projects.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree, 6 years experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management in other industries. Or 4 years with Master's Degree
Demonstrated ability to learn and master complex computer applications to include on-line tools and systems Knowledge of NGs Business Acquisition Process (BAP) or a demonstrated ability to learn and apply NGs processes and procedures
Familiarity with and understanding of the NGC Mission Systems Program Execution Framework (PEF)
Strong skills with MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Approach work with a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with or mastery of any of the following computer applications: Azure Devops, Confluence, Salesforce, SharePoint, RDIS/SIMPL, Tableau
Experience and working understanding of financial records and reports
Experience conducting training
Salary Range: $80,100.00 - $120,100.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
