The project manager will work as a member OP Modernization Program within SED. This resource will be primarily responsible developing an RFP for procurement of the software system and overseeing the implementation of that new system, including the following tasks: Conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation
Holding analysis and development meetings,
Documenting requirements, meetings, and other project materials in Confluence
Developing Jira tickets to manage the project work
Monitoring the health of Quality Assurance (QA) activities
The consultant will be expected to work directly with all vendor consultant teams, assist the director with review of status on all work related to the program, including analysis, documentation of requirements and system design, conducting meetings and documenting meeting notes and action items, and more.
Project Manager:
Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience with directly managing project costs, establishing/maintaining project schedule, establishing/managing risk management strategy, and status reporting.
84 months experience with facilitating communication in all aspects of the project including meetings between vendors and staff.
84 months experience developing RFPs for procurements of software solutions and managing the procurement life cycle.
84 months experience writing for executive level leadership and presenting in both written and verbal form to groups with ten or more personnel.
84 months experience of requirements documentation, analysis, and writing agile user stories within Confluence and Jira.
64 months as a certified project management professional.
64 months of experience working on electronic case management or workflow systems.
64 months managing projects in the government sector
