SUMMARY:

n

As a part of the growing Digital Transformation Office (DTO), the Associate Director, Digital Product Management works closely with Commercial leadership and Commercial Innovation team to support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s digital product lifecycle. This person is passionate about defining and building digital products that solve customer and business problems. Under the direction of DTO lead, this role manages all execution aspects of the evolution of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s digital program.  Areas of expertise include product lifecycle, data-driven innovation, and championing a customer-first mindset.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

n
    n
  • Supports the development of the digital transformation vision including strategic assessment, development and identification of technology and initiatives to enhance customer (internal and external) experiences
  • n
  • Support the long-term product lifecycle delivery for the business and manage relationships with business partners to evaluate the product roadmap, define use cases, create product specifications, and oversee insight generation
  • n
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
  • n
  • Partner with business and analytics teams to define goals, metrics, and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and its individual features; continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product and strategic plans based on learnings.

  • Liaise between business and technology teams to socialize available data products and their value, gather feedback from user groups, and partner with internal enablement teams to activate solutions in the field
  • n
  • Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with internal departments and external partners (agencies, alliance partners, technology firms) in pursuit of unified digital product vision. Recommends ways to influence vendors that align to domain, portfolio, and organizational objectives.

  • Manage the agile product development program, including design, review, walk-through and release sessions to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
  • n
  • Develop a Product focused team mindset, one of continuous improvement, and provide domain-specific expertise in cross-organization projects and initiatives
  • n
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Brand teams to deliver intuitive data-driven solutions that accelerate demand generation and customer growth
  • n
  • Receive and prioritize incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders aligned to the business strategy, product vision, and user needs. Manage request backlog to ensure continuous incorporation of new product features and improvements.

  • Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair delivery of a quality product in order to meet strategic, financial and technical goals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

n
    n
  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree
  • n
  • 8 years of digital product management, project management or product development experience
  • n
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • n
  • Effective at extraction of data, generating and communicating insights from data
  • n
  • Continuous growth and innovation mindset
  • n
  • Passion for understanding and responding to customers
  • n
  • Stakeholder management expertise
  • n
  • Strong analytical reasoning and impact-focused with a test and learn mindset
  • n
  • Experience with cost benefit analysis
  • n

  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

  • MBA
  • n
  • Regulated Industry experience

  • Leadership experience

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience with Agile Development and Delivery
