Client Details
My Client is a General Contractor located in Central Florida looking to bring on qualified construction professionals with multifamily construction experience. They have a large backlog of projects that takes them to the beginning of 2024.
Description
Plan, direct, coordinate, participate and administer activities of an assigned project to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related drawings and specifications
Mentor, coach and train Assistant Project Managers.
Attend pre-bid/site review meetings
Estimate construction budgets and review/prepare bid packages.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Partner with Superintendent for subcontractor reviews and selection
Profile
Bachelor's degree in a construction related field
At least 5 years of multifamily construction experience
Detailed Project List
Problem solver with great communication skills
Ground up experience
Job Offer
Competitive base salary up to $150k for the right candidate
