Summary
Working with a leading construction GC in the healthcare space that's in search of a talented APM or PM to work on medical office building builds.
Client Details
Client is a commercial construction general contractor with a growing portfolio. Potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities is high.
Description
Establish construction schedule and develop related budget
Regularly update and report on the project's performance through the schedule, cost report, weekly report, progress photos and accounting conference calls.
Provide guidance and support to onsite personnel
Prepare and submit contracts, change orders and purchase orders
Compose the scope of work identifying products, specifications, performance standards and contract documents
Acts as liaison between property management and construction team
Profile
Light industrial or retail construction experience preferred
Tilt wall experience preferred
Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
