JOB SUMMARY
Will support the Americas Business Continuity Management team. Under general supervision, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and planning strategies for addressing crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, and disaster recovery issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages workgroup mailbox.
Maintains department documents including standards, templates, communications, tools, and program reference documentation.
Manages data collection and reporting within the department. Designs and prepares metrics and status updates on availability, readiness, and risk. Creates dashboards and executive summary reports to support this. Effectively summarizes and communicates findings to management and stakeholders.
Acts as primary point of contact for a department or business line, supporting their compliance to the requirements in policies and standards.
Schedules and administers business continuity plan exercises and audits.
Trains colleagues on business continuity management tools, crisis management processes, and general preparedness tactics.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years work experience in process design, business analysis/administration or related field. Demonstrated project management experience required, with proven ability to work in a cross functional environment to drive the implementation of projects.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
