Job Description:
As the Project Manager of Professional Services you will establish direction and lead a highly qualified team of implementation specialists, work with developers, and carrier clients and partners to integrate B2B Soft offerings. In this highly visible role, you will be spearheading the entire implementation life cycle and integration of B2B Soft's RMS platform. The ideal candidate will have a combination of customer focus, creativity, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently drive for results.
As the Project Manager, you are the spokesperson for the product that you will be responsible for implementing with our carrier clients and partners. You accept full responsibility and you measure yourself in terms of results and success of the product and effective integration. You learn and set context (strategy, assumptions, objectives and metrics), create and socialize the plan, and execute against it. As the leader, you quickly gather and analyze information, make timely decisions and eliminate barriers so that the product development team can get things accomplished. You have a strong command of project management skills and will use them to effectively implement B2B Soft products to our carrier clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3-5 years* experience in project management. Prior experience managing a software implementation team. Project Management in a PSO or with retail management or CRM systems is a plus.
3 yrs experience implementing software products for large clients, including scoping, developing, testing, installing, deploying and training
Experience managing professional services engagements of $500k to $5mm in size is a plus
Excellent project management and business analysis skills
Ability to tailor solutions for complex system integrations using B2B Soft and carrier or partner software.
Basic understanding and experience working with application data and data relationships
Define system interface requirements
Strong grasp of Agile or Waterfall Software Development process
3 years* experience in ERP, CRM, and or Billing
Ability to effectively establish clear and measurable objectives
Smart, a quick learner and a creative problem solver.

Known for your ability to follow-through.
A self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Excellent data analysis skills
Vision to connect product features to business results
