The Health Strategy team is responsible for creating, communicating and, in some cases, driving **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s strategic actions to meet its purpose in health. The team is frequently called upon by the Senior Leadership team to evaluate and connect the various actions of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health into a cohesive strategy. In cases, where the perspective to be evaluated is new to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health (e.g., new lines of business, acquisitions, etc.) the team creates new business level strategies.
As an Associate Manager, you will work as part of the Health Strategy team to deliver on objectives and projects in support of Health strategic initiatives. In addition to project-based work, this role will also contribute to internal and external strategic assessments and keep up to date on industry and market trends, competitive activities, customer needs, new offerings, and target customers / channels. You will provide perspective and feedback in partnership with senior team members.
What will you do?
Support development of strategic and business analyses for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health:
Create portions of analyses and presentations at the direction of the Health Strategy team with significant intra-team support
Support on-time delivery of projects including workplan development, project tracking, coordination of follow up actions and stakeholders, and communication of project progress
Conduct internal and external assessments to stay current on market trends:
Collaborate closely with business development & partnerships team on strategic assessments and findings
Stay abreast of events, trends, key themes, evolving products and offerings, and emerging business models within the industry and codify these learnings in an up-to-date knowledge base for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health
Proactively identify and surface potential strategic opportunities for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to key internal partners, leaders, or stakeholders
Analyze how external companies and industries operate and make money
Gain insight and perspective from Officer-level professionals to shape Health-level decisions:

This position is remote eligible. We prefer candidates that can sit in, Minneapolis, Boston, Seattle and San Diego.
Basic Requirements (You must meet or exceed all basic requirements to be eligible):
Minimum 2 years management consulting and / or strategy development experience, or similarly relevant experience
Healthcare industry experience
Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate succinctly
Ability to succeed in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications:
4-year degree
Experience in management consulting, a start-up company, corporate development, investment banking or corporate strategy
Experience defining addressable market size and identifying potential growth opportunities
