Job Description
ActiveHealth Management Operations Strategic Initiatives team ideates and executes new strategic initiatives to run our digital/clinical products and solutions more effectively, and maintain alignment across the company.

This leader will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and will work closely with key company and Product stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable modern approaches / solutions to priority areas of our organization

Fundamental Components

• Take problem areas or new products/solutions end to end from vision through implementation and graduating them into scalable and sustainable processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and develop net-new functions and operating models.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
• Work with multiple delivery teams to take ownership and accountability of both business & technical project planning and delivery for strategic initiative milestones/solutions.
• Understand and streamline end to end processes.
• Develop trusted relationships with key technology, clinical, functional leaders and stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic initiative objectives and optimize delivery. This includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within the program.
• Ensure data is collected to appropriately inform decision making for mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Utilize internal tools and agile mindset to create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Influence and communicate to share and align your strategy across the greater digital and clinical product/solution teams and overall product strategy.
• Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.
• Drive for clarity in decisions and priorities to keep teams moving forward.

Required Qualifications
• 3 years management/leadership experience
• 5 years of experience in healthcare management consulting or healthcare organizations
• 5 years of large-scale, early-stage strategic project management experience
• Demonstrated consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical and non-technical teams through problem definition and resolution
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation, communication and training skills
