In this dynamic role as a Project Specialist Content & Creative you will have the responsibility to plan and multiple global content and creative programs initiatives and campaigns. Importantly, this role owns the maintenance and operations of the cross-team Editorial Calendar. You will be responsible for achieving successful implementation of activations and managing all activities required to define, design, and produce these activations. This role reports to VP, Content & Creative and is an important, cross-team role. You are accountable for overall program execution and ensuring team commitments (briefs, dates, deliverables) are met and communicated in a timely manner.

**A Day in the Life**
Lead or leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new creative and content projects
Own the project management phases, including scheduling, budgeting, design controls, and release processes
Lead and support activations teams comprised of a broad range of diverse, cross-functional members, potentially including outside vendors, and spanning geographic locations. Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition.
Lead Editorial Calendar orchestration and set agenda for related meetings
Maintain a sense of urgency, facilitate problem solving sessions and meetings to address obstacles, and hold team members accountable to program commitments
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Gather requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of activations key stakeholders
Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems
**Must Haves**
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project coordination and content/creative experience OR advanced degree
**Nice to Have**
Experience in content and editorial management
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Works independently; self-directed and highly self-aware
Ability to establish trust and credibility throughout senior leadership; demonstrates unwavering integrity and fierce accountability
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and non-verbal; expert active listening skills with a keen awareness for various messaging styles; and polished ability to tailor delivery to a broad range of audiences
Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing teamwork; ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving. Strong written communication skills
Experience using the tools and techniques of Project Management such as Gantt charts, issue logs, cost management, etc.
Experience successfully managing projects for content and/or creative activations
PMP Certification
Ability to travel as needed
