Description
Executive Assistant:
The Executive Assistant serves as the facilitator of administration, communication, collaboration, and strategy across the company. This highly visible role will work closely with the CEO, President and Managing Directors to support the execution of our business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Organize and prioritize critical issues, inquiries, and required information for the CEO, President and Managing Directors to facilitate timely and effective decision making
Create and maintain positive professional relationships across all levels of the organization
Coordinate and manage strategic company projects and leadership communication
Create board and C-suite level written communication and presentations
Support the CEO, President & Managing Directors to plan and execute monthly organizational meetings (Sales Team, Strategic Leadership Team, & Regional meetings)
Deliver a broad range of professional support to the CEO, President, Managing Directors and Strategic Leadership Team
Strategically manage the CEO and Managing Director’s complex calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, and handle travel reservations to ensure coordination with core priorities
Support the CEO and Managing Director’s daily workflow and facilitate communication with others in the organization
Handle highly confidential material with discretion
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business or related discipline
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 3 Years of experience in an executive support role
• Proven success in project and process management with cross functional teams
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing data
• Experience with project management software
