As a result of this continued pace of expansion and growth, the Project Management team needs to continue to adapt and provide innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency as well as cater for business expansion, new regulations and resolve operational problems whilst maintaining a strong control framework. The team supports the implementation initiatives across several asset classes including Commodities, Currencies Emerging Markets (CCEM) and Rates.  In this role, collaboration is expected across a wide group of diverse functions to deliver against key operational priorities and maintain strong governance and stakeholder relationships. The environment in which we operate is multi layered and constantly evolving and as such there is always a complex set of in-flight tactical/strategic programs that require operations oversight for successful delivery. Key expectations will be to proactively manage a number of in-flight initiatives, drive consistency of function/process across Rates & CCEM operations, and successfully own change management requests which will be both diverse and complex in nature.   Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver the Change Management program with a focus on delivery & execution, specifically with regards to: Strategic InitiativesBusiness SupportRegulatory InitiativesOperations Support EfficienciesImpact analysis of proposed change initiatives on the operational & technology processes of partners & other stakeholdersProject management of a portfolio of change initiatives o Sourcing, executing & participating in process improvement initiativesEnsure that all risks & issues are escalated to the local & global management teams within an appropriate time frame o Establishing an excellent relationship with all stakeholders o Engagement with all stakeholders during the lifecycle of any change initiativeActing as a trusted advisor to the line & the business, around change as well as ensuring all change is channeled into the correct governance forums & processes.Potential for management of a team of Project Managers ','!*!
