Prerequisites:

2 to 3 years experience in Supply Chain

The Associate Manager, Product Data Management, Cell Therapy, will own end to end data operations, process management, and maintenance of cross functional product data that aligns manufacturing and release of products across the Cell Therapy portfolio (in a multi-product, multi-system, multi-site environment).

The role manages the cohort to materials process which guides the creation of materials to ensure accurate translations of demand to supply. This is done in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Science and Technology, Quality, site Master Data Management, Supply Chain Product Leads, IT, and Demand Planning to maintain Product Data quality and integrity in line with evolving business needs. To accomplish this, the position will:


Execute the Global CTM process across all sites impacted
Help in refinement of the Global CTM process, tools, and functionality for greater efficiency
Ensure overall data accuracy, input, and readiness in a timely manner.
Engage and maintain cross functional support of the process to ensure data integrity and alignment


This position will not have direct reports.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


Manage the global CTM process and provide input & guidance on site implementations
Create global Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Core Business Processes
Partner with Business Process Management (BPM) and IT for enhanced solutions, functionality, and data management capabilities in response to business and program requirements.
Define and implement service level agreements and performance targets concept for key applications and services
Coordinate cross-site integration on master data
Provide visibility on delivered service levels to all key stakeholders
Ensure compliance to internal and external requirements and regulations
Onboard, train, mentor new staff and help develop Product Data Management group.


Skills/Knowledge Required:


Minimum bachelor's degree with a background in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
2 to 4 years prior experience interacting with production, demand planning, quality and regulatory organizations
Strong process background, data savvy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on team leader and team player willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability, and professional maturity are required
Project Management experience
Strong PC experience, Microsoft Office Suite experience required including; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint
Oracle EBS / Advance Supply Chain Planning or SAP experience preferred.
