We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Diabetes WeCare team, transforming Service Delivery for patients across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. You will be managing projects to improve patient experience, operational efficiency and delivery of new products and services. In this role, you will identify, initiate, and manage projects in collaboration with project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Ideally, you will be based in one of our EMEA regional offices (Watford, Meerbusch, Prague, Heerlen, and others) but there is an option to be remote-based.

**A Day in the Life**
You will manage a broad range of projects ranging from the implementation of WeCare support for new products through to identifying and delivering projects which deliver our strategic vision and I.T. deployments. You will identify and support delivery resources (the role requires a hands-on approach, and you will be accountable for delivering some projects yourself). You will arrange and participate in project workshops, manage stakeholders, control risks and issues and ensure the Senior Leadership Team is kept updated through timely reporting and escalation of issues.
**Main responsibilities**
Be the project manager for high priority cross-country and in-country WeCare Operations projects, as well as all IT-related implementation projects for the Minimed Care Systems and Technology Business Unit (BU)
Create and maintain an overview of all current and future projects and associated costs
Take responsibility for all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly project management and reporting for specific projects, producing and updating project plans, scope documents and other project deliverables
Acquire and manage required project resources i.e. people, time, investment budgets
Define and secure all WeCare Operations related telephony and IT system requirements (ICE,R/3, Contact Centre management tools)
Create and maintain a governance schedule and meeting cadence to discuss IT needs, prioritization and alignment within the BU and with IT
Together with the user community, define user requirements, perform user acceptance testing and ensure end-user training
Work closely with the Diabetes IT Demand Manager to proactively flag and discuss risks and opportunities and advise on IT investments
**Must Have (Minimum Requirements):**
Demonstrate project management experience, including project definition, scoping, KPI development and tracking, ROI and business case creation, process and service delivery enhancements
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
Collaborate and communicate effectively across a multicultural team
Ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality, accurate work
Ability to communicate and report upwards effectively, including preparation of budgets and change requests supported by clear business/investment cases
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage concurrent projects
**Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):**
Previous experience with Salesforce CRM SAP, R/3, CISCO
Certification in project management methodology
Knowledge of Medtronic Diabetes service model
Previous experience working in healthcare and/or customer service industries
Experience in end-to-end business systems design (people, process, technology, organization)
