to join Honeywell UOP LLC, based in Tulsa, OK or Des Plaines, IL. As a key member of the project execution group within our Refining & Petrochemical and GP divisions, you will use your project management experience and technical knowledge to lead projects post-delivery. This includes collaborating with the customer, troubleshooting site issues in both pre-commissioning and start-up, interfacing with our field service group to resolve issues, organize financial impact for Leadership review and document lessons learned/drive continuous improvement in our products. You will be an ambitious Project Manager in a visible position to interact directly with peers and leaders with the ability to multitask, problem solver looking to forge a career within a global business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Modular and Gas Processing projects from delivery through closure of client and Field Operating Services (FOS) site punchlists, completion of warrantee receipt of final client payments
Act as the main point of contact for clients and FOS for projects after delivery has been made
Manage a list of all post-delivery projects including open items, actions taken to resolve, latest status, and potential completion dates
Coordinate with client to receive shipment and review site erection package (R080)
Coordinate with UOP FOS site advisors to answer technical queries, provide information, obtain deviations and handle resolution of punch-list item
Coordinate with FOS to receive Engineering report at conclusion of FOS site activities, and review any findings related to
Modular products with FOS UOP project team and Leadership
Forecast field back charge exposure
Work with the execution Project Manager to minimize field back charges to the maximum extent possible
Maintain site back charge contingency budget and spending under management supervision and direction
Escalate issues within the Equipment organization as necessary
Prepare post delivery project summaries monthly to present to leadership
Complete post delivery portion of the close out report and participate in review meeting
Capture and coordinate feedback of lessons learned to the front end of projects
Coordinate initiation of related Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPA) discovered in post project activities
Monitor start -up activities
Coordinate troubleshooting activities
Coordinate vendor site visits as required
Liaison between Equipment and Engineering groups
Provide constructability feedback to the design and requisitioning specialists and to project teams during design and fabrication
Make recommendations to Engineering, Technical Services, and/or Development, as appropriate, for design and technical modifications to improv offerings
Additional Requirements
Travel required: International Travel to customer and supplier sites up to 20% annually in 1 to 2 weeks€™ duration
Must Have
6 years€™ experience in a project management, project engineering or design engineering focused on mechanical equipment or systems utilized in the petroleum refining, petrochemical or gas processing industries
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering

Ability to influence and energize others as well improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results
