Premier Logic Project Manager role is responsible for project management for all areas of IT: applications, infrastructure, and support. This role drives the planning of internal projects and sees that they are completed successfully, within the given deadline and according to requirements. The individual in this role must have excellent management skills to coordinate with the project entire team, customers and stakeholders, as well as a proven track record for successful delivery.
Project Management Skills
Ensure project delivery meets customer expectations with respect to quality, budget, and timelines.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner, and minimizes exposure and risk on projects.
Manages project budget.
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Reviews deliverables before passing providing them to the customer.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
Shares lessons learned appropriately with project team, customers and stakeholders.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Conducts requirements analysis and maintains a deep involvement with system design, development, and enhancement planning.
Able to recognize system deficiencies and drive/implements effective solutions.
Strong understanding in the application programming, database and system design.
Strong understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
Communication Skills
Effectively communicates project information to customers and stakeholders.
Facilitates regular status meetings effectively and keeps the project team well informed.
Able to communication and interact directly with company executives, leaders, and internal operations

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects
3-5 years’ experience or equivalent in a customer-facing environment
5 years project lead experience
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field
Ability to work in a small team setting
