DescriptionThe Manager, Digital Content Strategy & Editorial is responsible for leading digital content curation, creation, and editorial supporting Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide. The Manager, Digital Content Strategy & Editorial will lead a team that develops and executes content strategies guiding the guest journey, driving conversion, and building awareness of Hyatt’s portfolio of global brands. This individual will report to the Director, Digital Content Strategy & Localization. Position ResponsibilitiesnManage digital content strategy and editorial across Hyatt digital channels through the development of best-in-class content nLead a team that develops and executes high-quality content in a fast-paced environment nBuild strong relationships with Product, UX, Brand, Field Marketing, SEO, Digital Merchandising, Digital Operations, Localization, and more to evangelize content strategy best practices nAct as a key stakeholder on Commercial Services projects where content strategy consultation is required, including requirements gathering sessions and technical design review nProvide content strategy expertise to regional teams, hotels, agencies and more—while maintaining brand TOV across all touchpoints nBuild content strategy plans that accelerate and enhance the customer journey across Hyatt digital channels nBalance competing and complementary content needs, while synthesizing multiple inputs to create compelling content and cohesive stories nLeverage data and market insights for decision-making, including content optimization and new concept development nPartner with SEO and analytics teams to leverage insights and expertise, driving and evolving content strategy across Hyatt digital channels nContinued support and enhancement of stakeholder guidelines to inform and improve upon digital content quality nCollaborate with product development managers to create and migrate content for project launches as well as to map workflows and establish SOPs for post-launch content management nCoach and develop an innovative, solutions-focused, and inclusive content strategy teamnRequirementsExperiencenBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field n5-7 years of digital content experience, including proven success in creating content for digital and/or omnichannel assets n5 years of copywriting and/or copyediting experience, preferably in the areas of eCommerce, hospitality, or brand marketing n2 years of managerial experience n2 years of experience managing vendor relationships nExpert technical expertise as it pertains to grammar, punctuation, and syntax nStrong understanding of content disciplines, including SEO, strategy, and execution nCreative, solutions-focused, and cross-functional problem-solver with strong initiative nExperience with industry-standard content management systems nExperience with project management and performance tracking tools nExcellent organizational and communication skills nComfortable managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines, and shifting priorities as needed nCapable of using tools to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations nAbility to work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external stakeholders nDesired: nExperience with digital marketing and analytics reporting tools nFamiliarity with current online trends and tools nFamiliarity with HTML/CSSn Source: Hospitality Online,
