Education/Certificates:
College Degree or equivalent
Experience:
5-years experience in multi-family and/or renovation/construction
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
Ability to work with and coordinate contractors, property teams, and various internal and external renovation scopes of work
Essential Duties:
Assist the Senior Project Manager in daily coordination of trades, property teams, and overall project schedule.
Quality Control of on going projects.
Assist with due diligence and investigative testing of new properties for purchase
Implement and monitor budgets, reporting, and related.
Implement contractor scopes of work for bidding and the overall bid process.
Implement contract negotiations, commitments, and executing of commitments.
Manage company staff and related personnel.
Manage on going projects.
Other and related tasks as directed by the Senior Project Manager.
