Summary
Our very large client outside the banks in the Dallas area is looking for a very experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to assist them in a company wide SAP upgrade. The SAP is currently underway to optimize and subsequently apply automation to the business processes surrounding corporate contact centers.
Major activities for this role include project planning and scheduling, reporting, risk and issues management and providing leadership and guidance to the project’s team leaders. This position acts as the project management office for the SAP program by setting and enforcing project management standards, maintaining artifacts and managing the program’s project portal.
Requirements:
Significant experience running multi-year projects with multiple projects rolling up to a single large program.
Significant experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications, and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated experience running a PMO is a plus.
An understanding financial processes including the supporting financial and procurement systems necessary to deliver services.
College degree, PMP a plus
