In this exciting role as a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst you will have primary responsibility supporting the department on reporting, business process improvement needs and data quality to enable the delivery of new products to market and execution of global cross functional clinical studies and projects. This will require partnering will all team members to standardize and enhance analysis and reporting for both study and new product development management.

As Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst, youll use your skills in project management, operational excellence, data quality, metric reporting and process improvement to support our global Surgical Innovations Clinical Research team in achieving our strategic vision.

Location: North Haven CT, Boulder, CO or Remote
Ability to travel up to 25%
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
Collects data to identify root cause of problems
Support teams with project management principles and tools
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the project management process, guidelines, tools/templates, best practices and overall implementation
Measures performance against process requirements
May deliver presentations and training courses
Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes
Communicates process and/or project status and progress
Performs cost and benefit analyses
Manages changing priorities on projects through effective schedule management and deployment of PM methodologies
Operates as a role model by striving for continuous process improvement and being an agent of change
**Must Have (Minimum Requirements):**
**To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.**
Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 4years of clinical research project managementexperience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research project management experience
**Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge in excel and PPT
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
MS Project or Smartsheet experience
SharePoint Administration, MS teams or other collaboration tools
Experience in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
PMP certification; Project Management Certification, and/or Six Sigma certification
Ability to lead and/or coordinate high-impact process improvement projects
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proven ability to solve as well as lead others through complex problem resolution
History of delivering tangible results measured in employee satisfaction and engagement, financial savings, cycle and lead time reductions
Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives and other levels within the organization
Excellent judgment in handling confidential, legal or sensitive information
Ability to work independently and effectively on cross functional teams
Experience in Clinical Research
