As a Project Manager- Operations Network and Process Transformation , you will drive effective and efficient project execution across the Industrial Segment (IS) Operations Network. Optimization projects include large production transfers, plant relocation, new plant startups, upgraded warehouse / logistics facilities or processes. You have the opportunity to run small to large operational scope projects covering a mixture of short- and long-term time periods. Are you a process-oriented individual with success in managing large scale operational projects meeting or exceeding desired results? Read on! #LI-Remote Key Responsibilities n Develop detailed project plans, supervise and report progress and performance, including managing changes in scope, schedule and costs. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Assist in defining and prioritizing developmental and/or conceptual network optimization projects that are part of the IS - Americas Regional Network plan. Help identify work stream owners and resources needed to successfully implement the projects. n Assist the IS Regional Network Director - Americas in the execution of the approved network plan. Qualifications n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent, with a PMP Certification highly desirable. 8 years of working experience, including project management role, preferably in manufacturing, operations, supply chain functions / projects. Proficiency in English; work across various sites in the Americas region; ability to travel up to 25%. Microsoft Project, Visual basics, Power BI, Excel expertise vital.
