How? By hiring people around the world who want to help us support coaches, players, analysts, recruiters, teams, clubs and fans. Hudl customers use our products to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and a lot more. They stay ahead of the game with the latest technology and we help them achieve their goals.
Want to join us?
Hudl is looking for a Project Manager to join our Business Operations Team. You’ll lead cross-functional teams executing on projects to improve business process automation, business system scalability and availability and our internal data impacting the entire business. You will work with other Project Managers, Program Managers and leaders across the company to help Hudl scale.
This role will be based in either Lincoln or Omaha.
You are
An excellent communicator.
You communicate effectively verbally and in writing. You are comfortable translating technical analysis to a non-technical audience.
Collaborative.
You thrive in a team environment and leading cross-functional teams across discovery, execution, rollout and change management.
Detail Oriented.
You not only understand the outcome but the steps to get there. You’re able to translate solutions into tasks and plug in the right people at the right time.
A relationship builder.
You are comfortable interacting with team members and business partners in a professional manner.
A constant learner.
You have experience using a variety of tools for project tracking and reporting. You are also familiar with core SaaS IT systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or Zuora.
Flexible.
You can handle ambiguity and define a path forward. Changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is not a big problem. And you can work independently, within a team, and within a remote environment.
You will
Oversee and participate in the execution of well defined projects including work breakdown, coordination, roll out and change management. You can identify upcoming roadblocks early and propose plans to mitigate them.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and program/project managers to document and communicate project goals, status, expected ROI and set the project scope.
Work with a cross-functional project team and other stakeholders to ensure the projects delivered meet our technical standards for scalability, and that we are utilizing the most appropriate technologies available.
Form relationships, embedding in the right channels and being an interface between the department and stakeholders.
Help Program Managers and Biz Ops leaders prioritize the project backlog.
