PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR:
Minimum five years experience in commercial construction management.
Must be computer literate and have knowledge of typical construction management and job costing software. “Word” and “Excel” required; “Timberline” preferred.
Proficient in reading drawings.
Must possess the ability to work well with owners, managers, architects and public officials with expertise in Project Management accounting, budgeting, and negotiating.
Position includes some traveling.
Must be a self starter, team player, and “Fast Track” minded.
Salary and Benefits negotiable.
