Aon is looking for a Rewards Data Solutions DirectorThe Rewards Data Solutions practice at Aon is hiring a Consultant to join our team! This role focuses on the manufacturing sector, in order to help grow our rewards data business. This is a dynamic role that will include a mix of leading client projects and acting as a subject matter expert in highly sophisticated projects. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in rewards through working with compensation survey products and data, share stories of project managing client engagements, and building and cultivating strong client relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:As a US Rewards Solution Director, you will:Conduct job evaluation and position matching projects from start to finish, advising (and presenting to) HR and Managers on the practical use of survey processes, and data for organizational improvement.Complete competitive compensation analyses for the client including benchmarking/market pricing.Lead product development and management (jobs, product benchmark descriptions) and sector specific pulse studies.Develop key client relationships, including responding to client inquiries on sophisticated data questions, and identify opportunities to provide value add services beyond data products.Analyze and interpret compensation data and prepare summary reports with market insights, reflecting an understanding of client segment trends.Conduct webinars and present at client meetings.Prepare business development plans and client proposals.Be a great teammate, collaborating internally with colleagues (data solutions, advisory, operations, sales, and others).Preferred Experience:10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or other related area of human resources preferred5 years of experience in project management preferredStrong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative)Able to work under tight deadlines while balancing multiple tasks.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Education:Bachelor’s degree in related subject areas (Business, Finance, HR).We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
