Their work assignments will include supporting a variety of research projects and tests and require that they coordinate with many technical and non-technical teams supporting each study.
Responsibilities
Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting (PAC) is constantly innovating to enhance our members' experience and maximize our investments in new areas of improvement. In this role, you will be involved in coordinating our tests of each of our new initiatives. This involves facilitating communication and goal setting with our business partners, as well as meeting with our research consultants to understand their requirements for progression. As a centralized project manager, you will have a significant impact on PAC's development. The research consulting team is instrumental in driving much of the value that our members experience through their pharmacy benefit, increasing their satisfaction and the sophistication with which the business adapts to changes over time.
