Job Details:
SUMMARY: Primary ongoing responsibility is for support and management of HR projects. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with stakeholders and maintaining project documentation.
Works with a project team consisting of internal team members and 3rd party vendors.
Provides broad level oversight and assistance to all aspects of the project.
Leads in the planning, implementation and introductions of projects for new systems and technologies, specifically a global rollout of Workday and broad HR transformation efforts.
Works with program leads to maintain project budget and resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Exercise sound project management techniques
Update project plans to clearly outline objectives, timing and risks.
Communicate and align key resources at all levels of the organization on assigned projects.
Act as a best in class Project Management example for the organization and subject matter expert.
Report out key project management metrics to various functions and levels.
Education:
BA or BS degree in Human Resources, computer science, operations management, organizational psychology, or other related discipline. Equivalent experience may be acceptable.
Experience:
4 plus years of proven experience supporting or leading projects.
Experience with SaaS platforms, such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally and the ability to tailor messaging to different levels within the organization.
Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and meeting requirements and with high team satisfaction, including some complex projects and projects involving a number of project staff and users; demonstrated expertise utilizing multiple project methodologies such as Agile.
Special Skills: Experience with global HR transformation and/or Workday rollouts preferred.
Supervisor: No direct reports.
Travel: Minimal travel – up to 5 per year, depending on project assignments.
