Well established CM firm seeking talented Construction Project Manager to oversee construction delivery of new multi-phase luxury apartment complex on the Philadelphia waterfront.

Pioneering CM firm serving the NY, NJ and PA construction markets.
Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee successful project delivery of each phase of the project.
The project is a 400 unit, 2 phase multifamily apartment unit with a construction value of $110m. Construction will be cast in place podium stick frame construction.
You will lead and manage associated project teams to complete the project to the agreed schedule with support from a designated construction Superintendent, Junior Project Manager and office based project admin team.
The position will be based on-site at the project location.
Profile
The Construction Project Manager will be able to point to previous experience managing out-of-the-ground Multifamily projects in Philadelphia of significant value.
You will be well versed in various construction techniques, possessing strong knowledge of stick frame apartment construction.
You will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills - we are looking for candidates able to thrive under pressure that enjoy the pressure of a lead role on a large complex project.
You will be a critical thinker possessing advanced management skills.
Advanced knowledge of construction management software such as Procore are welcomed!
Job Offer
In return the successful Construction Project Manager will be compensated with a package.
Base salary up to $150k (with some flex depending on experience) bonus
You will also have access to an excellent benefits package including 90% health care coverage for all plans, 401k match (vested on day 1) and other corporate benefits.
