The Position

Newly created, 3D Product Experience – Gaming and Web3 project developer  is responsible for developing and implementing the gaming and web3 projects.

In this role of the developer, you will be given opportunities to transform our iconic brands, Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, evolving narratives through gaming, emerging platforms, digital products and engaging technologies. The Project developer will help to drive our sales and strategy in the fast moving and growing areas of gaming and web3.

Through transparency and collaboration, the 3DX Gaming and Web3 project developer will work hands on alongside multiple stakeholders within design, development, merchandising, sales, marketing &  tech teams within Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein and additionally external partners or vendors to realize our strategies, activations and ambitions.  With strong communication skills to create synergies across the functions and business to fulfil the overarching PVH 3DX strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to gaming strategy and ideation of future projects.

• Contributes to the ideation of web3 strategies and drive the execution of our roadmap.

• Help to develop and build our voice and brand narratives in web3.

• Researching new technologies and identifying new marketing and business opportunities through their adoption.

• Builds strong relationships with the emerging and established NFT artists, top collectors, and activists in the space.

• Work with Xfunctional teams and stakeholders across the business on Project management within.

• Project Management e.g. calendar, quality, targets, stakeholder management

• Reporting on Development KPI’s & data integrity – maintaining WIP data

• Developing best practice and roll out programs for the wider business – ‘Test and prove lab’

• Working closely with Divisions, Sales teams & freelance talent

• Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

• Identifies community needs in coordination with the 3D experience team and analyses market trends to identify brand opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor/ master’s degree.

• Experience within emerging digital markets.

• Ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across our organization.

• Proven track record managing of collaborative projects between external specialist partners.

• Startup mentality – thinking outside of the box, explorative and dynamic thinking – drive to make a difference and establish a new team.

• Adaptable approach – able to work seamlessly with established teams or structures to influence and drive change.

• Adept to working with tight timelines, able to collaborating with many people and translate their needs into the product through your area of expertise.

• Strong influencing and decision making skills .

• Bring new ideas to the business in all facets of your knowledge area and beyond.

• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related terminologies and trends, with a strong passion in NFTs.

• Experience as a Front-End or Full-Stack Developer Javascript developer

• Cryptocurrency Wallet

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Premium brand or competitor brand environment.

• Gaming industry experience.

• Experience as a Front-End or Full-Stack Developer Javascript developer.

• Experience with non-web-based programming language or development platform for creative purposes, e.g. Unity, Unreal, Touch Designer, C#, C, Python, Arduino etc.

• Experience with smart contract development.
