BIAS Corporation, an Oracle Platinum Partner, has an immediate need for an Account Director in Nashville, TN!

Position Description:

The Account Director will be responsible for managing multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or multiple clients. Will serve as an internal and client facing single point of contact for project. Will be responsible for managing diverse teams of engineers, consultants, and analysts. Must have the ability to understand client technology and business objectives and to develop high-level strategic plans. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including client end users, BIAS Staff, and external partners including Oracle, hosting providers, etc. Drives strategic plans and objectives for clients within BIAS and monitors efforts to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Manages internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability.

Work within project to define and manage project scope and objectives when necessary. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as liaison between clients, systems, management and other departments. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters, setting expectations and managing satisfaction on an ongoing basis. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables. May provide technical/analytical guidance to program team. Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.

Responsibilities Include:

- Single point of accountability within BIAS for a determined set of client relationships
- Drives strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals
- Communicates and disseminates client requests to team; manages client expectations; manages internal communications and external communication with vendors, partners
- Task Management, Coordination & Reporting - track all active tasks, create detailed plans outlining timing and resourcing for upcoming tasks, and provide measurable reporting on closed tasks.
- Provide coordination of small to large tasks to ensure the proper approach and implementation
- Documentation Management:
o Customer Portal - Maintain a customer portal which contains calendar, all relevant documents, including SOWs, project plans, and other project documentation. Hard copy notebooks may also be required by client to reflect documentation hosted within the portal.
- Requirements Gathering & Scope Development - must be comfortable in working with larger team in building and documenting project requirements, ranging from use cases through business and functional requirements. Facilitate JAD sessions where business stakeholders and technical resources interact and clarify requirements.
- Project Status - hold regular project status & planning meetings to ensure all issues are being addressed as well as forward looking considerations

Minimum Requirements:
10 years experience working in technology or related fields
7 years of project & client management experience
Experience with the Oracle Tech Stack
Excellent communication skills
Comfort and experience in communication with senior level executives

Additional Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous application hosting experience a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive with attention to detail and effective follow-through
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and Visio

Education:
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Certifications/Licensure:
- PMI certification preferred
- ITIL certification a plus
