Job Description
As the project manager this individual will be responsible for coordinating submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for each project. Must be detail and customer service oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Position requires the ability to effectively communicate with the Sales Team, Customers and Manufacturers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
Supports sales teams on assigned projects in order to optimize the job through the stages of product selection, specifications, reviewing plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering and redesigns
Prepare submittals on assigned project by completing all equipment selections, takeoffs and other needed schedules as required by the project documentation and company standards
Manage multiple projects at a time
Coordinate with customer for ordering and release of all equipment on assigned projects to insure timely and accurate delivery
Works with sales team on all change orders
Develop & maintain relationships with customers, contractors, engineers and manufacturers
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action and communicating with customers and co-workers as necessary.

Some flexibility to work overtime/weekends.
Ability or collaborate and work in a team environment
Proficient in reading mechanical plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Occasional travel may be required
