What will you do?
Be a people leader who helps their team learn, grow, and evolve.
Work cross functionally across the businesses to enable business strategy.
Be responsible for the Design and Development strategic vision and translating that into actionable learning strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Sets the Leadership Development Strategy for the Enterprise in partnership with the Chief Learning Officer
Enables big rock priorities by partnering and coordinating with relevant stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise and across business functions at corporate and in the field to build leadership development roadmap(s) and curriculum.
Ensures Leadership development is captured in all content from Part Time to CEO.
Designs & enables lattice leadership development vs. ladder development to grow leadership skills.
Provide Leadership Development and experiential Learning across the enterprise in various formats to upskill and reskill employees. Create and source learning tools to enable the employees to take ownership of their development, to understand needs forecasting of skills, etc.
Skills:
Ability to apply change management practices to daily work
Able to lead, develop and performance manage a team of leaders with the ability to coach both strategy and execution.
Ability to collaborate and form strong partnerships across many functions of the business with all levels of leadership.
Strong organization/project management skills
Ability to lead and work in an agile environment
Basic Requirements:
10 years HR experience or equivalent
7 years people, project, process management experience
5 years experience developing strategy
