The IT Project Manager, Project Management Office partners with the business and IT delivery teams to guide the planning and alignment on the scope, schedule, and cost for Agile product delivery. The ITPM works on Voice and Workforce Management modernization, enhancements, and product capabilities of diverse scope and complexity that will improve our member experience. Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager assembles and leads project team, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing larger projects, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies and leads project execution to deliver longer term business value. Can possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years of IT Project Management experience
MS Office experience (MS Office Suite including MS Project)
Experience managing projects with various application development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid... ) to deliver complex projects
Ability to effectively communicate across all levels within leadership and navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
Sound verbal and written business and technical acumen
Adept at learning new technologies and systems
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives.
Exemplary core project management skills including multiple aspects of the PMBOK
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of the project management and SDLC methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage and work w/ external vendor dependencies and understanding of procurement processes
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
SAFe Agile Experience
Prior experience with the following technologies (Webex, MS Teams, Azure ADO, Jira Align, Qtest, ServiceNow, etc.)
Master's Degree in Business Administration
Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
Experience in the health solutions industry
Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements
