The focus of the Technology department is to become a driving force in the organisation for technology strategies & tools that enable the company’s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organisation, the employees, our customers or consumers.

Our Retail Omnichannel product teams create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels. The success of the product teams is based on the effort and collaboration with many other teams across the organisation which are all part of the company’s omni-channel journey. The product teams develop, implement, and orchestrate the initiatives in an agile way from a business perspective until complete operational implementation as well as guide the cross-functional teams.

The Retail Technology Team focus is on PVH’s brick and mortar stores across Europe. The members are currently structured in 4 teams, Retail Sales, Retail Inventory and Retail Expansion and Operations, and Digital Checkout. The members are thriving experts in various retail technologies such as GK OmniPOS, SAP Sales, SAP CAR, RFID Technology, Fiori and ABAP development. As well embarking on the cloud journey to move code and solutions to the cloud.

The Position

The Delivery Manager Retail Technology is supporting the to drive key projects forward into the organisation. Collaborating with key stakeholders, understanding the business needs and processes is important part of the role. The role requires to be senior in the role, and while focus on the delivery of the projects under challenging situations, the well-being of the team should never be lost out of sight. You increase team efficiency, motivates the team, spin, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. You ensure the DoD (Definition of done) is being followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tech, vendor, and resources from different departments to kick-off and successful implementation of new projects
  • Build and maintain a Resource / Capacity Management framework
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and frequent communication
  • Maintain a strong connection with our markets
  • Help and support the team members by removing impediments
  • Intake of existing smaller legacy applications and solutions to determine if applications need to be consolidated, maintained or decommissioned as part of new projects
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for projects in the Retail Technology Space
  • Define a product structure in tech which will support existing applications, continues improvements
  • Various Infrastructure related projects around networking, POS systems, various digital and mobile devices as well software deployment projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of Retail industry
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Excellent mentoring skills
  • Experience of implementing solutions as a technology leader or as business owner
  • Ideally very familiar with Lean / Lean Six Sigma concepts for continues improvements
  • Profound knowledge and experience and understanding of technological frameworks as a project manager, consultant, or product owner
  • Strong organisational and management skills in an agile organisation, close collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills, including the ability to create project plans and manage project activity to the defined plan

  • Passionate about Omnichannel, eCommerce, consumer experience and digital technology
  • Able to work in fast changing environment, set priorities, identify impacts
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and products with experts in other areas
  • Pro-active, Self-learning and Out of the box thinker

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English
