The Team

The Omnichannel Development, Controlling & Business Operations department formalizes the omnichannel strategy, drives the development of associated business processes & consumer services as well as leading their operational implementation. The department is also in charge of evaluating the business and financial performance of the omnichannel business.

In more detail, the Expansion team supports the organization to implement new operational tools & omnichannel capabilities to our stores across different channels to improve our consumers and staff experience. The team work very closely with Product, Analytics & Operations teams to deploy successfully projects across Europe for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein as well as with our different European markets.

The Position

The Junior Omnichannel Project Specialist position reports into the Omnichannel Expansion Manager. In more detail the role is about:

Responsibilities

• Drive project implementation/roll-out phase successfully in our European markets of different omnichannel services & experiences
• Be the point of contact and expert for our markets & HQ teams as well as being responsible for driving process improvements
• Enable go-to-market approach for small/medium complexity projects as well as create an implementation plan to support deployment and ensure the maximum impact and performance to market, staff & consumer engagement
• Support business requirements definition and continuously improve processes with HQ teams & markets
• Continuously challenge and improve methodologies, processes and approach to ensure maximum reliability, engagement and effectiveness.
• Unlock change management in HQ and markets by building relationships and implement change management practices to enable omnichannel mindset, behavior, ownership & performance

The Ideal Candidate description:

• Approximately 2 years’ relevant experience
• Working experience in project management is mandatory

• Experience working in agile methodology
• Experience in retail environment is preferred

• Strong PowerPoint skill
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure
• Flexible: comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• University degree in Business or related

• Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across levels and cultures
