Learn more about Splunk careers and how you can become a part of our journey!u00A0RoleThe Program Manager will provide the project and change management support required to manage the end-to-end product launch lifecycle, ensuring cross-team readiness for new product/feature introductions. You will lead cross-functional project teams through the Product Launch Readiness process, tracking progress and performing frequent assessments at different go-to-market stages to ensure business outcomes are achieved. This function requires a proactive and driven team member with strong program management skills that is accountable for thee successful launch of products and offerings.You will have interpersonal skills to foster close working relationships with executives, sales, customer success, channels and product management. We need a program manager with a strategic mindset, data driven approach, intellectual curiosity, fast learner, detail oriented and possesses the ability to move quickly with limited direction and supervision.ResponsibilitiesPartners with product, field and marketing to institute and manage the process and standards required for new product launches (new, major, minor)Serves as a central launch readiness hub across a portfolio to ensure transparency; manages Product Readiness dashboardsLeads cross-functional execution, contingency planning and consistency of GTM deliverables and activitiesFacilitates GTM meetings with various types and levels of stakeholdersManages communication and reporting of project activities across stakeholder groups and tracking toolsEvangelizes GTM launch process through thought leadership to internal stakeholders by effectively representing the governance modelContinually look for ways to improve and scale processes incl. modification of key assets/tools (Dashboards, Intake Forms, Bill of Materials, etc)Facilitate lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and documentation of best practicesRequirements5-7 years of Business Process Improvement, Operations and/or Project Management experienceDedicated and committed project leadership and execution.
