The ideal candidate is highly detailed, pro-active, comfortable with leading meetings, has a knack for problem solving and a u201Ccan dou201D attitude. Experience in content/event production/experiential activations as well as a well-connected network of brand relationships is a crucial asset for all candidates. Passion for music, entrepreneurial spirit, polished professional demeanor, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential.How youu2019ll CREATE:u00A0Procure and manage execution of brand integrations programs start-to-finish from live events, content production, to hospitality with teams across Capitol Music Group, including: Procuring brand partners for artist integrations including but not limited to: music videos, content, events, activations, etc. Collaborating with label teams, artist teams and brand on negotiations, deliverables and project management Organization of brand & artist needs with the content team to build strategic plan and budget Providing details to Capitol Music Group/UMG legal to draft contracts and handle brand and artist conversations until signature Working with Capitol Music Group/UMG PR on any press releases and approvals Tracking all elements of the program and manage timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly Coordinating music licensing for any content pieces and performances Handling third-party invoices and artist payments related to the program Creating detailed post-analysis reports of program learnings and successesSupport elements of on-site activations (e.g. events, video shoots, livestreams), including helping with the: Coordinating with internal stakeholders on event integrations and roll-out plans Hiring of local vendors if necessary to manage production/technical needs Working with event locations on necessary insurance, permits, and any other rules/laws related to the activations Building and maintaining ROS/load in/load out schedule Fulfilling negotiated artist needs, including hospitality rider, catering, glam, transportation, etc. Printing collateral (posters, production documents, signage, menus) Managing the crew and artist teams on the day of the show and ensure everyone stays on schedule Handling any last minute on-site needs to ensure smooth activationBring your VIBE: College Degree 2 years project/account management experience Event production experience Music video and/or content experience Activation agency experience a plus Passion for music & brands Understanding of the agency, brand and entertainment landscape Must be incredibly resourceful and able to find solutions for all problems (including those that havenu2019t happened yet) Excellent communication skills with all levels of executives, brand clients, and artist teams - in person, on the phone and in writing Extremely organized & able to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and bring programs in under budget Self-starter, will take initiative with new projects Professional demeanor and attitude even when under a lot of stress Ability to operate in a highly collaborative manner and work well under pressure Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Photoshop skills would be a major plus)Perks Playlist: Competitive Compensation Package including Salary, Benefits and Generous 401k Savings Plan with company matchingFlexible Paid Time Off plus Paid Holidays, 2 week u201CWinter Breaku201D & Wellness Fridays (year-round)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement (after 12 months of service)Robust Employee Assistance Program (for you and your loved ones)Annual Well-Being Allowance which includes Fitness, Travel, Home Enhancements, Nutrition, and Spa Treatment Reimbursements**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll UMG employees are currently required to be fully vaccinated, and boosted, against COVID-19 before entering any Company offices unless they have been approved for an exemption or unless prohibited by applicable law.Disclaimer: This job description only provides an overview of job responsibilities that are subject to change.
