Description

The Senior Consumer Experience Professional ensures optimized interaction between a company and members. The Senior Consumer Experience Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

This is a remote, work-at-home role anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities


Manage and track NPSt insights identified offshore and onshore on a daily basis
Build and manage relationship with teams across PPS to turn insights into action (i.e. Watson, Claims, Process, etc.)
Lead NPSt and NPSr initiatives across PQC
Partner with the Consumer Experience Lead and PE Leads as they lead and manage cross functional projects and programs


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of consumer/provider experience
2 years project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
Experience making decisions and working independently with little supervision
Must meet work-at-home requirements listed below in Additional Information


Preferred Qualifications


Healthcare industry experience
Program management experience

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
