Description The Senior Research Project Coordinator will support a diverse portfolio of research projects focusing on such areas as preventive health care for older adults, acute sinusitis treatments, and clinical trial enrollment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing protocols for practice-based interventions, clinical trials, and semi-structured interviews. You will: * Coordinate daily operations of research studies * Oversee participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Manage study budgets and timelines * Collaborate with study investigators and research team members to ensure study goals are achieved * Help train and supervise research staff * Manage and analyze data * Support preparation for study publications and grant proposals * Conduct and analyze semi-structured interviews Pay Range: $77590.08 - $124820.64 Annually Qualifications We’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player and leader with: * A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in social sciences or public health * Three or more years of research study project coordination experience in a healthcare or health system setting * Expertise in managing regulatory/publication compliance * Strong problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills * Experience working in and managing large research teams * Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to devise and maintain tracking systems for study subjects * Background with Human Subjects Protection Committee applications/reviews * Spanish fluency preferred * Experience with health-related behavioral or social interventions a plus * Understanding of outpatient physician-patient office visits is highly desirable Please See Above
