Position: Identity Management Project Manager
Must have a PMP
Remote/Home Office
Key Responsibilities
Ensure projects are properly scoped, resourced, executed, tracked, reported, and closed according to organizational standards.
Identify, engineer, and drive improvements across the practice that improve quality, reduce costs, and increase value proposition.
Manage the project portfolio system and catalog for the practice.
Oversee the organization's Vendor of Choice program, defining and driving incremental improvements.
Identify business opportunities through day-to-day interactions with clients.
Key Skills:
-Project management experience with Identity management based technologies, O365 and Azure are top priority
-Federal or DOD based project experience preferred
-Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required and must be a US Citizen
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to represent complex concepts and issues to a geographically diverse audience are required.
- Strong project management skills (requirements gathering/finalization, project plan development, communication plan development/execution, task mapping, resource assignment, task management, risk management, progress reporting, scorecarding) required. PMI or other equivalent certifications desired but not required.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews and understands deliverables prepared by team before representing to client.
- Demonstrated competencies influencing & facilitating actions and activities of others at all career levels.
- Outstanding ability to deal with ambiguity and make sense of complex issues via multiple information streams.
- The ability to analyze existing processes and procedures and suggest/influence optimization and efficiency changes.
- Effectively applies methodologies and enforces project & program management standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
