Job Summary

Customer Experience Technologies (CXT) is responsible for the technology, systems and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing teams such as human resources, finance, and workplace information technology. These tools and systems are foundational to our ability to meet and exceed customer expectations and support an excellent employee experience.

Job Description

Responsible for driving the successful execution of highly complex Marketing projects that deliver the development, integration and operating capabilities used to engage in Direct Mail, Email, SMS, and many other critical channels. Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked, and communicated in a concise, consistent, and effective manner. Must incorporate effective change, risk, and issue management controls. Works with vendors and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities required for on-time delivery.

Core Responsibilities


Directly manages all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle.

Conducts regular, periodic, project management status meetings to provide big-picture perspective to stakeholders.

Tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.

Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Demonstrates responsiveness and follow-through.

Drives action item resolution and tracks completion.

Accurately assesses, manages, and reports on dependencies, risks, and issues.

Acts as a single point of contact for project status, publishing periodic project status reports.

Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintenance of overall project ownership.

Manages program level communications through the following activities: weekly program status reviews. program dashboards, program overview/presentations

Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Builds and trains project teams to expand their capabilities by establishing best practices, policies, and PM methodologies

Mentors and coaches junior project managers and elevates team morale.


Qualifications:


5-10 years Experience managing large and complex technology integration projects.

Experience in preparing strategic program reporting, including critical success factors and risk analysis/management

Thorough understanding of product/software development lifecycle processes, procedures, and tools.

Experience conducting AGILE and Waterfall lifecycles

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated experience in communicating to cross-functional teams and senior leaders

2 years supporting software development projects preferred

Project Management certification preferred (PMP, CAPM)

Experience with cable and telecom industry is a plus
