Position Description and Responsibilities:

The Product Strategy and Project Management team is a key function within the organization, setting product strategies, translating those into actionable projects and supporting the Tommy Hilfiger product leadership to drive growth through long term strategies. The Senior Project Manager is an integral member of the team who will consult with executives and business partners from all functions to assess current opportunities for improvement to support our 3-year strategic plan addressing market, product and consumer needs, reporting to the TH Product Strategy & Projects Director.

In addition, the Senior Project Manager will: 

• Plan, execute and control strategic projects with strong analytical focus and understanding of consumer-centric strategies
• Analyze findings, frame challenges, provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolution through analysis
• Contribute to the successful implementation of projects with an end-to- end continuous improvement approach 
• Work with cross-functional teams on various projects (product, marketing, sales, design etc), with the aim to lead a focus on solving consumer, regional and/or organizational needs
• Onboard new Project Teams, facilitate meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization
• Nurture a flexible and collaborative mindset within a creative and inspiring culture
• Work closely together with the strategy team to Articulate and translate brand strategies into product, divisional and product concepts, all in-line with the company vision/ business strategy
• Drive key product strategic initiatives to capture market share, in collaboration with the strategy team, product divisions and markets in all regions 

The ideal candidate will possess strategic organizational transformation skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment. He or she must be comfortable working in a challenging, sometimes ambiguous environment, that requires the ability to influence without direct authority. Problem solving, meeting facilitation, effective communication and quality control are essential elements of this role.

• Ability to work and live in the Netherlands without sponsorship

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience with Design Thinking and Lean Startup

• Previous experience in retail and/or fashion
• Experience with more traditional project management methods / PMOs
• Fashion industry background

Requirements

• University degree from a leading business/technical school/university; Master’s Degree preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in project management/ strategic planning, change management
• Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or multi-national consulting firm is an advantage

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
