As a business leader, the Ecommerce Manager drives all aspects of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. websites and manages a talented team of eCommerce professionals to create digital experiences for our customers to educate them on the benefits of CBD and drive revenue.
The Ecommerce Manager role will work in partnership with the Sr. Sales Manager to create a frictionless B2B website design and deliver an exceptional customer experience to grow our wholesale business. This impactful role will be based in Portland, OR, and will be directly responsible for the following:
Handling all day-to-day ecommerce tasks, e.g. product uploads, creating coupons and discounts, tracking product performance, generating sales reports, and testing all promotional emails.
Highly involved in UAT site testing for development projects and regular site checks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
Manage all in-stock, out of stock, and discontinued products from the site based on the needs of inventory and operations teams.
Optimize all merchandising of the site, including but not limited to: organizing the product catalog, updating product recommendations, finding upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and creating search improvements.
Update all internal and external promotional calendars as needed.
Replenishing loyalty, customer service, and wholesale coupon codes as needed and tracking those within the coupon code audit spreadsheet.
Provide data-driven insight based on marketing KPIs to present information across departments for better understanding of shopping behaviors and trends.
Utilize project management skills to collaborate across departments and implement product strategy succinctly.
Liaise closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve site efficiencies, navigation, and customer experience.
Collaborate with a variety of departments to create new marketing promotional activities.
Attend all meetings with external partners that pertain to ecommerce and provide updates to accelerate current projects.
Requirements
3 years experience working in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or similar role.
Project management experience using an ecommerce platform such as Magento 2 or Shopify.
An understanding of ecommerce UX, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
Excellent ability to analyze data and propose marketing objectives.
Experience with Google Analytics and SEMrush is considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Detail-oriented with interest in testing and assisting in project execution.
