Twilio’s Corporate Security, Health & Safety team is growing and seeking a skilled and versatile security leader for the position of Corporate Security Technology Project Manager. The Corporate Security Technology team supports the entire company in the security sections of physical access control, physical monitoring and surveillance technology to support the protection of physical assets and physical detection and countermeasures. The team is dedicated to the development, deployment and support of these technologies to provide a safe environment for the entire company without sacrifice of culture.

and has experience as a Corporate Security Technology Project Manager. This individual will work alongside a high impact security technology team focused on deploying and maintaining physical security and life safety solutions and technology programs. The successful Project Manager will work through ambitious situations and circumstances to effectively plan, lead, and deploy physical security technology systems, programs, and personnel. This position will be based in Denver, CO and reports to Twilio’s Corporate Security Technology Senior Manager. They also have:
8 years of project management experience, including 3 years with physical security projects
Experienced communicator and able to collaborate with diverse sets of technical, non-technical, on-site, and remote people
Technical experience and expertise sufficient to understand high-level technical problems being solved
Experience in spotting blockers and dependency problems in advance of impact and moving solutions for these blockers forward
Motivated to do or achieve something because of your own passion or interest, without the need of pressure from others
Willing to answer for the outcomes resulting from your own choices, behaviours, and actions. Take ownership of situations that you’re involved in
PMP, PSP, PSC, or other physical security certifications
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in engineering or similar or equivalent experience
Understanding of security systems technology and their capabilities
Experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments and operational security design/planning
Willing and able to travel to any of the global Twilio facilities and work flexible off-hours and weekends as required

BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD: Lead or assist in all aspects of transactions, including strategy formation, developing business cases, deal execution, and integration.
Be the Corporate Security Technology Team’s main point of contact
for office build projects
EMPOWER OTHERS: Interact extensively across all functional teams within Twilio and have significant exposure to our executive leadership.
NO SHENANIGANS: Ensure the consistent exercise of appropriate judgment and discretion in evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and negotiating agreement terms.
Proactively identify and clearly communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and current status to all stakeholders for Physical Security projects, including escalating through levels of management when necessary

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Salary:
Denver/Boulder Metro:
Tier 4 base salary range: $90,752- $124,784
Rest of Colorado:
Tier 5 base salary range: $79,408-$109,186
Non Sales:
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
