CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


Define and scope projects by working closely with instructional designers, creative services, facilitators, subject matter experts in the business, and learners to understand their needs and create clear learning objectives, outcome statements, and product plans.
Develop and manage product roadmaps that successfully deliver promised results.
Manage milestones and drive releases to on-time delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date product maintenance and refresh calendar that is responsive to the evolving needs of business and the learners.
Accelerate the shift to a rapid content development strategy by modifying the existing content development process to leverage agile development methods.
Maintain a dashboard of all products, including health metrics, backlog items, and outcome tracking for visibility across the organization.
Provide interested party communications for all products.


THE ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:


You have significant expertise in DE&I concepts, DE&I learning and DE&I-focused leadership development; you are passionate about developing culturally competent leaders at all levels and have demonstrated success in achieving results in moving forward large and complex DE&I learning initiatives.
You are passionate about DE&I and have demonstrated DE&I subject matter expertise
You have prior experience in utilizing design thinking and agile methodologies.
You have prior experience collaborating with a diverse and geographically dispersed team
You have exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability in building effective and accurate project plans, contingency planning, managing multiple, concurrent projects and driving to completion.
You also have demonstrated success in managing ambitious, high-profile projects, identifying, and then solving blockers, and you know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward.
You pay precise attention to details, dates, and deliverables; you know how to manage your own time and deliverables, and you know how to get others to follow through, too.
You enjoy solving problems; in fact, you proactively seek out challenges, so you can design and implement creative solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE LEVEL


3 years of experience—or equivalent educational background—working in diversity, equity, and inclusion
3 years in project, program, and/or product management with focus on learning programs, course, content, and instructional design.
Experience working within a technology company, preferred
Experience—or equivalent educational background—working in leadership development
Experience with learning technologies and administration (e.g., AICC, SCORM, Tin Can), preferred.
Experience building, maintaining, and updating websites (e.g., SharePoint, ShortPoint), preferred.
Bachelor's degree or 6 years equivalent industry work experience; Master’s in Instructional Design or Technology preferred
