Duties:
Oversee training of new staff & development of established staff.
Ensure the project management team & client administration team efficiency is managed correctly.
Ensures that internal resources are utilized efficiently and that systems and processes are designed to optimise the client experience.
Develop a schedule to ensure all important meetings and visits are planned and run correctly.
Ensure meeting minutes are recorded and distributed by the Project Management representatives in a timely manner.
Ensure that new projects are effectively brought into the business, and that project plans are in place and dynamically managed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
3-5 years GMP experience with a Degree qualification in a Science discipline.
Passionate about quality.
Proven organisational skills both in terms of time management, documentation and systems maintenance.
Knowledge of the GMP product development commercialisation and manufacturing/supply chain process
Great communication skills.
