Daily duties / responsibilities: overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts and audit and assessment activities.
establishment and implementation of project management processes and methodologies for OTIS to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
assembling project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
ensuring that all vendor-produced deliverables are of adequate quality and meet Client requirements.
tracking key assessment milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
assist project manager(s), and related staff in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing it to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
tracking concurrent assessment activities and reporting efforts.
managing one or more cross-functional audits and assessments of medium to high complexity.
Gathering inputs and constructing reporting on assessment and project progress and issues.
coordinate cross-project activities
formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and assessments
monitor and support deadlines, budgets and activities
apply change, risk and resource management
collaborating with agencies to provide recommendations
document all meetings attended, directives, and significant phone conversations.
develop and deliver professional technical project updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
communicates with it leadership, business leadership and related staff to communicate project strategy, direction and changes.
must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools.
Project Manager:

Required education/certifications: Project management professional
BA. in business, information technology or related field.
4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
2 minimum years of experience in management of large it projects
Preferred education/certifications: Any security related such as those issued by ISC2, ISACA, COMPTIA and the like.
