Facilities Analyst Project Manager
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. is looking for a Facilities Analyst/Project manager to ensure all of our facilities in multiple states are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures. In this role you would manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining our multiple properties and develop, cultivate key relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies and third party service providers and vendors. You will oversee and assure small capital projects, operations projects and reconfigurations are run successfully with outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, Fiscal, Safety Committee, Compliance and Operations to facilitate the responsibilities of this position. You will be responsible to provide monthly and quarterly reports to our business leaders which will include updates on transactions, projects, and operations. You will provide direct oversight to professional individual contributors, contractors, technicians, designers and maintenance vendors, acting as an advisor and being actively involved, to meet schedules and resolve problems that arise.

Bachelor's degree in facilities management, project management, business management or a related field.
Experience with auditing or assessing facilities and building systems conditions
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, ability to express complex ideas with simplicity and brevity; active listener; and strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across a complex, decentralized organization and work in collaboration with others to accomplish goals and objectives.
Capacity to be adaptable, patient, diplomatic, and flexible, while also having the ability to take charge and drive initiatives through to completion.
Independent decision-making, problem solving, and planning skills; highly developed project management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with project management software tools.
Familiarity using project management and Agile online tools preferred.
Valid driver license and able to drive to multiple locations, traveling about 50% of the time.
