SUMMARY
Arcticom, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual with DoD contract experience.  The candidate will be performing all facets of the Bering Straits East Coast model to include business development and marketing, contract management, estimating, proposal writing, budget tracking, and other various tasks as assigned. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Previous Federal DoD contract experience
Management of task order contracts
P&L management experience
Estimating experience
Experience writing sources sought, requests for information, proposals
Business development background to include proposal development
RS Means experience
Microsoft Project experience
MAXIMO experience
Have existing relationships with Federal government & DoD customers in the Mid-Atlantic / New England Region
Previous experience working with 8(a) companies
Other duties as assigned

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
10 or more years of design-build construction management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. 15 Years Project Management substitute if the bachelor’s degree is not one of these fields.
The Company desires, but does not require, the Project Manager holds one or more of the following:
Active Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certified by the Construction Manager Certification Institute.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute
Active Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) certified by the American Institute of Constructors and Constructor Certification Commission
Current favorable National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI), in accordance with AR 380-67
Valid Driver’s License

Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
