We have a newly formed position, Systems Analyst
which will organize and lead Information Technology/Information Systems projects implementing best practices for project management and methodologies. In this role you will work across multiple divisions with internal and external stakeholders, and own responsibility for each project's overall success. You will develop and provide input on IT/IS systems, practices, policies, and structures to implement a uniform, risk-based project management program for the organization and to nurture and shape a culture consistent with the elements of an effective project management program.
This role will serve as the system administrator for all CSI systems, lead the initiation and planning of IT/IS projects and develop long and short term IT/IS plans while defining project scopes and objectives to ensure technical feasibility of each project. You will help implement organizational change management when rolling out end user training and communication. For all projects you will meet budgetary objectives based on financial analysis and ensure resource availability. In addition, you will manage all cell phones, phone/data line connections in conjunction with outside vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems or a related field.
3 years experience in technical or software development project management, with direct responsibility for managing one or more projects.
2 years of leading projects as a Project Lead or Scrum Master or applying Agile methods.
Certified as a PMP and/or CSM or PSM or PRINCE II preferred.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, ability to express complex ideas with simplicity and brevity.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across a complex, decentralized organization and work in collaboration with others to accomplish goals and objectives.
Capacity to be adaptable, patient, diplomatic, and flexible, while also having the ability to take charge and drive initiatives through to completion.
A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
Independent decision-making, problem solving, and planning skills; highly developed project management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with project management software tools.
Agile, Lean Six Sigma experience or certifications preferred.
Familiarity using project management and Agile online tools preferred.
Ability to travel to/from CSI locations - 50% travel
